I’ve spent over 28 years as an elementary teacher, and I truly love the students and families I’ve had the privilege of working with along the way. I’m passionate about helping little learners grow through play and curiosity, building confidence, independence, and skills through hands-on learning where they feel excited and proud of

Each year, your child will receive a special WonderBlooms t-shirt to wear on Spirit Days and celebrate being part of our preschool family. Throughout the year, we’ll save special artwork and creations to include in a keepsake portfolio for you to enjoy at graduation—a special reminder of how much your child has grown and bloomed.

Throughout the year, you'll have opportunities to capture and celebrate your child's preschool journey with book orders, school and class pictures, graduation and cap-and-gown photos, and a special end-of-the-year graduation photo. Graduation will be a special celebration at WonderBlooms Preschool! Bring your whole family as we celebrate your child's growth, accomplishments, and all the wonderful memories made throughout the year. Every child graduates each year, making it a joyful tradition your family can look forward to and cherish together.
WonderBlooms Class options:
Pre-K classes are 3 1/2 a.m. hours to prepare 4-5 year olds for all day kindergarten.
Early Preschool classes are 2 1/2 hours for 3-4 year olds in the afternoon.

When should I call to register my child?
WonderBlooms Preschool spaces are limited, and little learners often find their way to us quickly! If you’re even thinking about enrolling, it’s never too early to reach out. When does preschool start? Can I enroll mid-year?
WonderBlooms Preschool follows a 9-month school year from September through May. If space is available, I welcome families to join us throughout the year, including mid-year enrollment. Please reach out to learn about current openings and see if there is a place for your child to become part of our preschool family. 🌱
How old does my child need to be to attend?
WonderBlooms Preschool welcomes children ages 3–5, including independent almost-3-year-olds, by November 1st. Our program is designed to meet children where they are developmentally while helping them grow in confidence, independence, and kindergarten readiness through meaningful, play-based learning experiences. 🌼
Does my child have to be potty trained?
If you have questions about whether your child is ready for preschool or fully potty trained, I welcome you to reach out and talk with me. While I do prefer children to be potty trained before starting at WonderBlooms Preschool, I understand that every child develops at their own pace. I’m happy to discuss your child’s individual needs and work together to support a confident, successful transition into preschool. 🌻
What is your teaching philosophy?
At the heart of WonderBlooms Preschool is my passion for helping little learners grow, wonder, and bloom! I believe children learn best when they feel loved, supported, and excited to explore. With over 28 years of experience as a certified K–12 teacher, a background in special education, and training as a social-emotional learning facilitator and certified yoga instructor, I create a nurturing, faith-based environment where children can build confidence, friendships, independence, and a love for learning. Through playful, hands-on experiences in literacy, math, science, art, movement, imaginative play, and social-emotional learning, I help each child discover their unique strengths while growing the skills they need to step into kindergarten with confidence and joy. 🌷

What if my child has food restrictions?
At WonderBlooms Preschool, snack is an extension of our lessons and learning experiences. Children build independence, social skills, and healthy habits while engaging in meaningful conversations and routines. Families will provide a list of allergies, dietary needs, and necessary medications or emergency information to help ensure a safe environment for every child. 🌿
How many students do you have per class?
At WonderBlooms Preschool, I intentionally keep our class size limited to create a warm, personalized learning environment where each child is known, supported, and encouraged to grow. With 10–12 students per class, I am able to provide meaningful individual attention while fostering friendships, confidence, independence, and a strong sense of belonging. 🐞
